  • Project info: Project descriptions, photos, budget, location
  • Communications: Messages between users, proposals, reviews
  • Payment info: Bank/payment details (processed via Stripe, not stored on our servers)
  • Verification: ID, license, insurance documents

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device info: Browser, OS, device type, IP address
  • Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, clicks, search queries

  • Analytics: Anonymized via Google Analytics 4 and similar services

With Other Users

Your public profile, project posts, proposals, reviews, and ratings are visible to other users. You control what appears in your profile through Settings.

With Service Providers

We share information with trusted third parties that help us operate the Service:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication
  • Vercel: Web hosting
  • Resend: Email delivery
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Google Analytics: Anonymized usage analytics
  • Background check providers: Identity and license verification

For Legal Reasons

We may share information if required by law, court order, or to:

  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Protect rights, property, or safety
  • Investigate fraud or security issues
  • Enforce our Terms of Service

Business Transfers

Contracts, payments, and reviews may be retained even after account deletion for legal and dispute resolution purposes.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Hubidx is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:
